TMZ is only one of the sites continuing to stir up this nonsense, and most of those insulting MarionCotillard here have no firsthand facts about what has been said. They are reading an English translation which couold be fair or shoddy. This YEAR-OLD interview was dragged out at the beginning of March by an anti-French British tabloid, pushed by other Brit tabloids, most of which are owned by Rupert Murdoch. Then it was picked up and spread around by the NEW YORK POST, which is also owned by Murdoch. if you think what she may or may not have said was ridiculous, think how ridiculous you are for going off the deep end about it. Whether or not Cotillard ruminated A YEAR AGO, when none of you ever heard of her, about conspiracy theories she had read, or films she had seen, cannot possibly be so important to you that you take up a baseball bat and try to destroy her. The images were broadcast in Europe and here, everybody knows that this is the second degree!
So I am horrified by what I have read in your comments!
France was very shocked following the attacks on the World Trade Center ; we cried just like you!! Marion cried just like you seeing images of the disaster on television!!

370. Marion Cottilard is a fabulous actress. I loved her in La Vie En Rose/La Mome. She embodied Edith Piaf and was absolutely flawless in doing so. As far as being bright that is another question. Leave the actress alone. She said something that she shouldn't have. Like we are all perfect and have no opinions. Free speech. If it was taken out of context, so be it. She meant no harm. I still think she did a superb job and deserved the Oscar. Love you Marion!!!!

374. Looking at this discussion from a different angle and to provoke discussion more related to this evidently awfully ignorant website tmz, I pose to everyone this question. What is the difference between these two following remarks?

1) (Random Name) - Why we hate the French
2) (Random Name) - Why we hate the Jews

I would say there is no difference. Now, what would be the difference in consequences between publishing number 1 and number 2?

It is encouraging to see so many americans aware of the dictatorial politics of Herr Bush. One sees so many parallels with the seize of power by the Nazis in Germany it is shocking. I just hope that something will be done before this totalitarian power controls the world with no sovereign entities to oppose it. I have read every single comment on this article. The only credible arguments on this board are those which oppose the official story of 911. These are backed by factual based questions. The response from the sheeple amounts to petty name calling and brash dismissals.

I challenge ANYONE on this board to present us with a scientific explanation for the free-fall of WTC 1 + 2 and yes..7 according to the official story that it was due to the planes colliding with these buildings. Note that WTC 7 wasn't even hit by a plane. There are many of us waiting for this! If we are all conspiracy nuts then PROVE us wrong and refute our claims with facts.

Remark: I wonder whether this post could get deleted....if it does, shame on you tmz. you attack one people, but the attack of another is taboo.
